Minnesota Wild's Marcus Foligno landed unrelenting punches on Golden Knights' Keegan Kolesar in retaliation for a dangerous collision with David Jiricek during Sunday's matchup.

The incident unfolded in the first period when Kolesar had an awkward collision with Jiricek behind the goal line. He was left with severe pain and eventually left for the locker room.

Shortly after the incident, Foligno retaliated and landed a series of right-handed punches. While Kolesar responded, it was the Wild's winger who came out on top in the altercation.
