The contract also includes a $77,000,000 guaranteed sum as well as a $70,890,000 signing bonus. Tavares' total salary for the 2020 season is reported to be $12,000,000, with a base salary of $910,000. By the end of his current contract in 2024, he will have earned a total of $126,941,463 from his NHL career.
