Mitchell Marner is a professional ice hockey player from Markham, Ontario, Canada. He plays right-wing with the Toronto Maple Leafs, who compete in the National Hockey League (NHL).

Marner reached yet another professional milestone on January 7, 2023. He reached 500 career points in his 467th NHL game, which resulted in a 4-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings. Marner became the second fastest player in franchise history to reach that milestone, behind only his teammate Auston Matthews.
