Rasmus Dahlin made his official NHL debut in a match against the Boston Bruins, where the Bruins defeated the Buffalo Sabres. Rasmus recorded the first goal of his NHL career against the Arizona Coyotes. In his debut season, Rasmus Dahlin played 82 games and recorded nine goals and 35 assists. In 2021, he signed a $18 million deal with the Buffalo Sabres for three years. In the 2023 season, Rasmus played 78 games and finished the season with 15 goals and 58 assists. Dahlin extended his contract with the Sabres by signing an eight-year, $88 million contract with them.
