The Detroit Red Wings are back in action tonight at home versus the Chicago Blackhawks. Detroit comes in at 18-18-4 and in seventh place in the Atlantic division. Chicago is still at the very bottom of the NHL at 14-25-2 for the year. They just earned their 30th point of the year.

The Wings do have a couple of injuries to note. First, defenseman Jeff Petry remains on Injured Reserve. His undisclosed injury dates back to January 2, and there's no telling when he'll be back. Goalie Alex Lyon is day-to-day after getting hurt last time out.
