Thomas Harley is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman for the Dallas Stars in the 2024 NHL season. Harley was drafted 18th overall in the first round of the 2019 NHL Draft. In the 2023-24 season, he led Stars defensemen with 15 goals and ranked second in points. He made history with three overtime goals, becoming one of just six defensemen to score in consecutive OT games.

He was one of three defensemen to score a power-play goal, short-handed goal, and overtime goal in the same season. In September 2024, Harley signed a two-year, $8 million contract with the Stars. He also helped Canada win a silver medal at the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship, leading the tournament with a plus-14 rating.
