Tyler Toffoli is a winger and alternate captain for the San Jose Sharks. He was drafted 47th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in 2010. Toffoli helped the Kings secure the Stanley Cup in 2014 and led the team in goals by 2015-16. He led NHL rookies with 14 playoff points in 2014 and later became the first NHL player to score a hat trick in an outdoor game.

After his trade to the Devils in 2023, Toffoli finished with 44 points in 44 games before being moved to the Winnipeg Jets in 2024. His 200th career goal came in a Flames game in 2022. Toffoli’s career also includes leading the Flames in goals and points during the 2022-23 season and captaining Team Canada in 2023. On July 1, 2024, he signed with the San Jose Sharks for the next four years.
