The Winnipeg Jets are a professional ice hockey team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They compete in the NHL as a Western Conference's Central Division member. The team play their home games at the Canada Life Centre and is owned by True North Sports & Entertainment. The team’s colors are navy blue, aviator blue, fighter grey, red, and white. Originally established as the Atlanta Thrashers in 1999, the franchise relocated to Winnipeg in 2011 and was renamed the Winnipeg Jets.
