Her collegiate honors include two Most Valuable Player awards in 2017 and 2018, a First Team All-Ivy League selection in 2018, and two First Team All-Region selections by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association. She was also named to the Pocock Second Team All-America squad and was a two-year captain of the women’s rowing team.

Buck graduated in 2018 with a degree in Biological Science. She has been a five-time Summer National Champion and a 2020 New Zealand National Champion in women’s four on the national stage. She earned her invitations to train at the USRowing Center in 2020 and to the USRowing sweep selection camp for the 2021 Olympics. She competed in the 2018 World University Championships in China, winning a bronze medal.

Buck rowed for clubs such as the New York Athletic Club, West End Rowing Club, and Vesper. She led Vesper to multiple gold medals at Club Nationals and helped the club secure the Women’s Points Trophy and Overall Team Trophy. Buck represented the United States in the women’s eight event at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.
