Adam Peaty makes his feelings known for his fiancée Holly Ramsay with a heartfelt note on her birthday 

Adam Peaty penned a heartfelt note for his fiancée Holly Ramsay on the occassion of the latter's birthday. Ramsay celebrated her 25th birthday in the presence of her friends and family.

Peaty reflected on their time together as he shared his thoughts and expressed his gratitude on being able to spend time together. He shed light on how they have spent moments of joy and sorrow together as a family over the past year and hoped to build an even stronger bond with time.

In his sweet birthday wish, Peaty added a humorous element as he joked about the frontal lobe being fully developed at 25. Furthermore, he thanked Ramsay for closely knitting the family together.

"Happy Birthday @hollyramsayy. Another year that I’ve been so fortunate to get spend the time with you. We have laughed, cried, shared moments of pain and joy together. 25 is apparently the year that the frontal lobe fully develops and car insurance gets a bit cheaper so lots to look forward too," he wrote.

"You have so many incredible people around you but you are the person that stitches everyone together with your kindness. From Me and George, we love you so much 🤍" he added.

Adam Peaty took to Instagram to share the news of his engagement with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's daughter Holly Ramsay in September 2024. The British swimmer expressed his elation on marching on to a new phase of his life and called himself the 'luckiest' man as they announced that they will be walking down the aisle.

"I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I’m truly the luckiest man on earth to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman by my side. You fill my heart to the brim and give my soul peace," he wrote.

"You have been with me when I’ve been at my lowest and helped me understand myself to navigate my own darkness. You have also celebrated the highs which have been so many, as for the first time in my life, I’m happy with the man I’ve become. You came to church with me and joined the incredible community we have there without a question," he added.

Furthermore, Adam Peaty expressed how the Ramsay family had treated him with so much generosity ever since he met them. The Olympic medalist thanked his fiancée for loving his son, George and expressed his excitement to spend their life together.
