Ariarne Titmus recently appeared in a red gown ahead of the 2024 Melbourne Cup. The Australian thoroughbred horse race is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, at the Flemington Racecourse in Victoria's capital city.
The Melbourne Cup, popularly known as The Race that Stops the Nation, will be offering a handsome reward, with the winner receiving 8.4 million AUD as the cash prize. At the 2023 edition, Without A Fight won the event, guided by jockey Mark Zahra.
Following Titmus’ success at the Paris Olympics where she bagged four medals including two gold and two silver, she was announced as the 2024 Melbourne Cup carnival’s brand ambassador by the event’s organizer, the Victoria Racing Club (VRC).

She was photographed alongside Twilight Payment, the winner of the 2020 Melbourne Cup, who is now enjoying retirement at Living Legends. Living Legends is a place for retired racehorses.
