Pieter Quinton is an American professional rower. Born on February 11, 1998, Quinton is originally from Portland, Oregon. He started his rowing journey with the US Rowing Junior National Team. Notably, Pieter secured third place at the 2016 Junior World Championships in the coxed four and achieved fourth place in 2015. He graduated from Harvard University in 2020 with a Master's degree at the University of Washington.

In 2021 at the University of Washington, Pieter earned many honors including second-team All-American from the IRCA, IRCA Scholar-Athlete, and IRA All-Academic teams. He contributed to his team in winning the Pac-12 Championships and the IRA National Championship. Pieter was born to Titia and Patrick Quinton. The 26-year-old enjoys skiing, hiking and reading.
