The Lunar Owls tipped off their Unrivaled season with a thrilling 84-80 win over the Mist BC to secure the first victory in the league. The contest featured a tight back-and-forth between the two teams, with the outcome being sealed with Skylar Diggins-Smith's clutch three-pointer to close out the game.

Napheesa Collier led the Lunar Owls' victory charge with a double-double performance of 27 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and two steals. Diggins-Smith added 21 points in the win.

Meanwhile, Rose BC fell 79-73 against Vinyl BC in their Unrivaled debut.
