DeWanna Bonner is in Maimi to support her fiancee, Alyssa Thomas. The Connecticut Sun star arrived in style, donning a black leather jacket over a crop top and paired it with a pair of blue jeans.

Bonner's Instagram post on Sunday was flooded with comments from fans and fellow WNBA stars.

One of the comments was also from her fiancee. Phoenix Mercury star Brittney Griner's wife, Cherelle Griner, commented on the post. Cherelle and Atlanta Dream star Aerial Powers both reacted by posting two "heart in the eye" emojis. Chicago Sky player Isabelle Harrison also joined others in reacting.

"i’m here for all of THIS 🤩," Harrison wrote.

Dijonai Carrington, the reigning WNBA's Most Improved Player from the Connecticut Sun, also hyped up her teammate.

"Fine fine fine 😍😍😍😍," Carrington wrote.

Thomas adorably addressed Bonner as Mrs Thomas.

"Sheesh Mrs Thomas ❤️," Alyssa Thomas wrote.

DeWanna Bonner is not part of the Unrivaled league. On the other hand, Alyssa Thomas is playing for the Laces BC.

DeWanna Bonner and Alyssa Thomas talk WNBA free agency and chemistry on the court

DeWanna Bonner and Alyssa Thomas both entered the free agency earlier this month. While the partners who are also teammates find it easy to play together on the court, their respective careers are their own, and they have successfully kept them away from their interpersonal relationship.

Last year, the WNBA power couple spoke to the Associated Press. When asked about the upcoming free agency, Thomas said:

"We both have our own individual careers and we do what’s best for ourselves. So, none of that ‘us being together’ factors into it."

So far, the work-life balance has worked for Thomas and Bonner.

"It’s a gift and a curse, right?" Bonner said. "Because there’s time that we go at it, and we’re competitors. So, there’s times that we do bump heads on the court. But once we walk off the court, you know, outside of those lines, that’s it about basketball. But on the court, I just feel like she knows me. I know her. She makes me better. She makes my job easier."

Alyssa Thomas got the core player designation from the Connecticut Sun, which will eventually make her a restricted free agent. However, keeping Thomas doesn't necessitate that the team would be able to keep DeWanna Bonner in the free agency.
