LA Sparks forward Cameron Brink has become one of the more popular WNBA players since she entered the league in 2024. Aside from her work on the hardwood, it appears that the 2024 second-overall pick is extending her presence beyond just the court.
Brink has announced a new podcast called "Straight to Cam," which she will host with Sydell Curry-Lee, sister of Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry. In fact, Curry might be hyped for their new show as he went ahead and promoted it on his Instagram.
Curry shared an image promoting the show on his Instagram's stories section.
"Straight to Cam" might be close to Steph Curry's heart, considering Cameron Brink and Sydell Curry-Lee are family. In addition to being siblings with Lee, the four-time NBA champ is also somewhat related to Brink.
No, they aren't biologically related, but their parents are close. Curry's parents are Brink's godparents, and vice versa. Thus, the pair of basketball stars are god siblings.
In fact, Sonya Curry was in the building when the Sparks drafted Brink second overall. When she was interviewed after her name was announced, Brink even gave a shoutout to Sonya, calling her "godmama."
Brink and Curry-Lee's podcast will be available on YouTube every Tuesday.

Cameron Brink says she asked Steph Curry for advice about joining Unrivaled
Cameron Brink and Steph Curry appear to have a close relationship. In fact, the LA Sparks forward seems comfortable with taking advice from the four-time NBA champion. One example of this is Brink reportedly asking Curry if she should join Unrivaled.
During an exclusive interview with People, Brink revealed that she spoke with Curry about joining the 3v3 women's league. She also said that she spoke with her godbrother about it while the league was still forming, and he thinks it's a great idea.
Brink also revealed that joining Unrivaled was an easy decision. She likely just spoke with Curry for additional insight.
Cameron Brink is a member of the Lunar Owls, one of the six teams playing in Unrivaled's inaugural season. She is a teammate of Skylar Diggins-Smith, Napheesa Collier, Allisha Gray, Courtney Williams, and Shakira Austin.
However, fans will not see her in action this year as she continues rehabilitating from an ACL injury she sustained on June 18 against the Connecticut Sun.
While she will not suit up in the new league's inaugural season, Cameron Bink is already among the players slated to participate in the 2026 season.
