Chicago Sky rookie Kamilla Cardoso was caught red-handed cursing Amazon's Alexa on social media. Cardoso went live on Instagram on her official Instagram handle to interact with her 629K followers and during a point in her Iive session she requested the AI assistant to play a song.

An Angel Reese and Cardodo fan page on X posted the video of the incident. In the video, the e-commerce and tech giant Amazon's smart assistant couldn't grab the exact name of the song that the Sky rookie requested and misunderstood the request as something else. Cardoso is seen sitting and listening to the wrong song played by the AI assistant. After some time she commanded Alexa to stop the track while calling it a name.

"Alexa, stop the music h*e," Cardoso said.

Following the incident, the Sky rookie stood up to grab her tablet from the bed. She explained to her audience that she didn't even know what song Alexa played.

Kamilla Cardoso has been great for the Chicago Sky. She initially started many of her games coming off the bench but in the past few weeks, coach Theresa Weatherspoon has used her more in the starting lineup.

Cardoso is averaging 9.5 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game, and although she has not been a superstar like her fellow rookie Angel Reese, she has been a important contributor in many of her team's victories.

Angel Reese praises Kamilla Cardoso after sixth consecutive loss against the Minnesota Lynx

The Chicago Sky are currently in a losing streak, with a sixth-consecutive loss against the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday. Both teams delivered great performances, but the Napheesa Collier-led Lynx secured the win with a final score of 79-74.

After the game, Kamilla Cardoso's teammate and Sky rookie superstar Angel Reese praised the former University of South Carolina player in a post-game interview.

"I have told her from the beginning of the game. I told her, ‘This will be your game'," Reese said.
"I knew this was going to be her game and being able to dominate inside because they had nobody to guard her… I love Kamilla's confidence being able to go up strong and finish around the basket and then going up to the free throw line and knocking it down. So I'm really proud of Kamilla, and her confidence since the break has just been great."

Kamilla Cardoso put on a masterclass performance in the loss against the Lynx. She scored a career-high 22 points, collected nine rebounds and provided one assist. Cardoso's efforts will help keep the Sky's hopes alive in the absence of offensive star, Chennedy Carter, who is out of the lineup for health and safety protocols.
