#3 Brock Lesnar

If Brock Lesnar hadn't returned to the company way back in 2012, then he wouldn't have had a Hall of Fame worthy career. He was the Next Big Thing but that only lasted for three years. His return to the company after WrestleMania 28 started the huge trend of debuts/returns occurring on the RAW immediately after the Show of Shows.
While he mainly had a part-time schedule, his matches were always anticipated due to the possibility that he would lose his titles. The star power alone helped Lesnar end the Undertaker's WrestleMania streak, a win that shocked the world at the time.
Lesnar has always been part of the act with Paul Heyman making up the other half. Without Heyman, the Beast would just be a physically imposing person jumping in place in the middle of the ring. The advocate adds credence to all of the physical domination that Lesnar imposes on his opponents in the ring.
His last few runs were the usual gambit of appearing only a few times a year and for big PPVs. The latest runs as WWE Champion, however, has proven why he might be one of the GOATs.
He's had good feuds with Rey Mysterio and Drew McIntyre and his performance in the 2020 Royal Rumble set the tone for how McIntyre would be received as the winner. We may not like having a part-timer as a major Champion in WWE but when Lesnar is in Beast Mode, there are few Superstars who can touch him.
