This one is pretty much a slam dunk. Not only does he have the career to back it up but he also has the real-life story of a Champion. Beating Leukemia and returning to ring was amazing, but even before that, Reigns was an enormous success in the WWE.

His former Shield teammate, Seth Rollins, is also a likely future Hall of Famer, but unlike the Big Dog, Rollins has not main-evented four WrestleManias. He's faced everyone from Cena to the Undertaker to Lesnar to Rollins to Styles to Triple H.

The criticism he had previously faced might have been warranted had he not delivered in every match but I can't pick a bout in which he didn't bring his best. Some of his main events might have been too long (over 20-25 minutes) but that wasn't his choice.

Reigns also has the hard task of being the company's hand-picked Superstar with all of fandom knowing it. When Hulk Hogan was the top star in the company, mostly everyone cheered him.

The same happened at the beginning and middle of John Cena's career, but it was during his run atop the WWE when things started to change regarding fan reaction to particular performers.

The Big Dog is a part of the legendary Anoa'i wrestling dynasty but he has carved his own path of success in the WWE. He might not be as legendary as his cousin, the Rock, but Reigns is certainly on his way to being a Hall of Famer.
