#4 Roman Reigns
As the one Superstar who has been consistently pushed for the better part of five years, Roman Reigns is a lock for the WWE Hall of Fame. Even if the reactions to him have been unfavorable, The Big Dog has, more often than not, stepped up to the plate and delivered in big matches.
Reigns has won multiple world titles but is yet to have that one long and defining title reign. Hopefully he will once he returns from his hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as good as Reigns has been in the ring, his influence among his fellow peers might be greater than that. The former Shield member has been known as WWE's locker room leader, doing a good job at keeping the roster together.
Then there's Roman Reigns fight with leukemia. Having conquered it once before, The Big Dog spent around four months away from WWE between 2018 and 2019 to battle the cancer again. And when he opened a February 2019 episode of RAW to announce that he was in remission, the whole world cheered.
Here he was, Joe Anoa'i, just a regular man who opened up to the world about his vulnerabilities. He is a real-life superhero and is an inspiration to fans all over the world. That means more than his talent as a wrestler, which is still among the best in the world. Roman Reigns might end up being one of the most likable WWE Superstars to headline the Hall of Fame.
