#2 The New Day

The story of The New Day is one of determination and perseverance. Starting off as stereotypical babyface preachers, the trio turned heel and instantly clicked as the highlight of WWE TV. They won the WWE Tag Team Championship in April 2015 and proceeded to entertain the fans.

The New Day gradually became more over and turned babyface before WrestleMania 32, where they sold the most merchandise throughout the weekend. Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods were all fun to watch as an act, in the ring and on the microphone.

They have remained extremely over since that face turn, winning a bucketload of tag team titles. The New Day even became the longest-reigning Tag Champions in history, at 483 days. But every now and then, the group freshened it up. Whether it was a gig to host WrestleMania and introduce The Hardy Boyz, a brutally intense series of matches with The Usos or a singles run for one member, The New Day did their job effectively.

The biggest moment in The New Day's decorated history came at WrestleMania 35, where Kofi Kingston defeated Daniel Bryan to win the WWE Championship. It was a huge victory in various different contexts, both in storyline and real-life. And it would not have been possible without The New Day, the gold standard of tag teams in WWE.

The brotherhood between Big E, Woods, and Kingston is truly special. That bond makes them stronger together, as WWE legends. Vince McMahon himself said that The New Day are future Hall of Famers during the KofiMania storyline. That pretty much settles it.
