Considering his lineage, it only made sense that Randy Orton would be destined to one day become a WWE Superstar. Not only did he do just that, but he would quickly excel to the very top of the roster, becoming the youngest person to ever capture the WWE Heavyweight Championship at the 2004 Summerslam pay-per-view.

Throughout the years, the stories have varied regarding Orton and his sometimes alleged toxic personality. There have been many who have come forward, suggesting that Randy was simply difficult to get along with. With that said, he still got the job done at all cost because, at the end of the day, he is there to entertain the fans and if he only accomplishes that alone, he's done plenty.
Ra Orton is someone who has always been a go-to guy when the company needed someone to opt to in a crunch, or anytime someone is needed humble a top star. Regardless of the situation, heel or babyface, Orton has always delivered at the highest level and he has the hardware to prove it.
Randy has won entirely too many titles to mention, but we must at least acknowledge the 13 WWE Championship victories that Orton currently hangs his hat on. It's also worth mentioning that The Viper has plenty of fuel left in his tank for another title run, which I predict will happen before he ever retires.

Jonathan Carpenter is a pro wrestling journalist at Sportskeeda. After obtaining a degree in political science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, he started writing WWE articles in 2016. Jonathan believes integrity is vital in journalism and ensures his work is high on accuracy. He conducts in-depth research and verifies information from various sources before curating a feature.
Jonathan has engaged in many meaningful conversations with prominent pro wrestling personalities like Drew McIntyre and DDP. He grew up in Memphis, admiring Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan during WWE’s Golden Era in the ‘80s. He has attended many pro wrestling events and credits The Hulkster for making his childhood memorable.
Jonathan, a big fan of Bray Wyatt, would like to see the latter's brother, Bo Dallas, continue his legacy as Uncle Howdy. If he were to work on the storyline, Jonathan would book the return of Erick Rowan as Howdy’s muscle. He thinks it would be a great way to honor the former Universal Champion.
When not writing pro wrestling features, Jonathan likes to collect sports memorabilia and has amassed a large collection of event-used and autographed relics over the years.
