#2 The Rock
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, much like Undertaker, is also one of the greatest wrestlers to ever lace his boots. Hulk Hogan rightly called him "the biggest Superstar in the business".
All in all, The Rock will surely headline the Hall of Fame in the near future, and there's a good chance that he may do it this year itself.
The Rock has had 17 championship reigns throughout his career, with 10 of them being the World Title. He was one of the most important parts of WWE's attitude era.
The Brahma Bull currently is semi-retired from wrestling as he rarely makes an appearance inside the ring. His last match was an impromptu match against Eric Rowan at WrestleMania 32, where he defeated him in 6 seconds.
He was rumored to team up with Ronda Rousey to take on Triple H and Stephanie at last year's WrestleMania, but he didn't. He was also rumored to face Roman Reigns for the Universal Title at WrestleMania 35 before Reigns announced his departure due to leukemia.
There could be two good choices to induct him. The first one being John Cena, whom he had a great feud at WrestleMania 28 and 29. Another choice could be his cousin Roman Reigns, whom fans would love to see make an appearance at the Hall of Fame ceremony.
