Bad Blood is less than a week away. The highly-anticipated premium live event will feature some of WWE's top stars in high-profile matches, including Roman Reigns and CM Punk.

Punk will settle the score with Drew McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell. Reigns will team up with former rival Cody Rhodes to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a colossal tag team match. Damian Priest will finally get his hands on Finn Balor in a one-on-one clash.

Both women's championships will be up for grabs. Nia Jax defends the WWE Women's Title against Bayley in a rematch from SummerSlam. With Dominik Mysterio locked in a Shark Cage above, Rhea Ripley will look to reclaim the title she never lost from Liv Morgan.

With much at stake, something has to give, which could lead to some unexpected twists and turns. On that note, let's look at four WWE stars who may turn heel at Bad Blood.

#4 and #3. Randy Orton and Kevin Owens could turn on Cody Rhodes at Bad Blood

Randy Orton and Kevin Owens have fought tooth-and-nail against The Bloodline for a while. The veterans have supported Cody Rhodes' perpetual struggle against the dominant Samoan faction.

However, Orton and KO took issue with Rhodes' alliance with The Original Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. The Viper and The Prizefighter don't trust Reigns and are wary of The American Nightmare's decision. Furthermore, the Undisputed WWE Champion didn't ask Orton or KO for help.

Tensions are escalating between the three friends, especially Rhodes and KO. The American Nightmare accidentally caused KO and Orton a loss on SmackDown, severely agitated The Prizefighter. The Viper intervened to cool things down.

However, Rhodes may suffer heartbreak in Bad Blood. Orton and KO could appear to attack The Bloodline, but they could then betray The American Nightmare, sending shockwaves through the entire WWE Universe.

This would set the stage for the much-anticipated clash between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton.

#2. Naomi

Naomi is one of the most lovable characters on SmackDown. With her flamboyant personality and perpetual smile, the former Women's Champion is a natural babyface.

However, Naomi hasn't accomplished much since her return, which could necessitate a character change. She was a crucial ally to Bayley during her feud with DAMAGE CTRL.

The Role Model defeated Naomi to earn the right to challenge Nia Jax at Bad Blood, but Bayley could be in for an unpleasant surprise. The former Funkadactyl could ditch her flamboyant persona and turn heel.

A heel turn could give Naomi the impetus to improve her win-loss record, gain momentum, and win the Women's Title.

#1. Raquel Rodriguez might shock the world at Bad Blood

Raquel Rodriguez has not competed on WWE programming since February 2024, but she could be nearing a return. She brings much to the table, and Triple H could be waiting for the right moment to reinsert her into the spotlight.

Rhea Ripley seems to have a clear path to the Women's World Champion, with Dominik Mysterio locked above in a shark cage. Ripley could tear Liv Morgan apart, while Damian Priest could care for the rest of The Judgment Day.

Unfortunately, Rodriguez, a familiar old foe, could spoil The Eradicator's evening. The former NXT Women's Champion could assault and cost Ripley the title, setting the stage for a grudge feud.
