Goldust has had an up and down relationship with WWE throughout his career, but as of right now, the two sides appear to be on good terms, as he's been a regular member of the roster for several years now.
So, unless the relationship completely falls apart at some point, you should expect to see Goldust be honoured at WWE's annual ceremony at some point in the near future.
As for who should induct him, well, if you're asking me, I'd have Cody Rhodes do it. But, as of right now Cody is not with WWE, so they'd have to find someone else for the job unless Cody returns to the company prior to his brother's inevitable induction.
