#3 Rob Van Dam

Now, this is a very interesting one, because Rob Van Dam has spent plenty of time in his career away from WWE. But throughout his tenure with ECW and WWE, RVD was absolutely incredible. The 'Whole F'N Show' would constantly put on show-stealing bouts, and his victory over John Cena to claim the WWE Championship at ECW One Night Stand is one of the best moments in WWE history.
His career may not have been as successful as it should have been, but he remains one of the most popular performers we've ever seen, and he definitely deserves a Hall of Fame induction at some point.
Out of all the former ECW stars, Mr. Monday Night was the one that transcended to WWE best. Like Christian, he may work best as a co-headliner, but he's certainly popular enough to warrant a big billing in the WWE Hall of Fame.
