The Rock is the biggest star to ever come through the wrestling business, and given huge stardom of the 'People's Champion' today's date (arguably the biggest in the world), inducting him in 2021 makes perfect sense.

During his WWE career, The Great One was on top 7 different times, and with all the classic moments and fantastic matches, he is the definition of a Superstar.
Surprisingly, he's not yet been inducted, especially since the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin have already received the honor. So, it doesn't make much sense for them to wait any longer.
It's been a while since we've seen The Rock on WWE TV, but he shows up every now and then. Hence, a surprise return to make this announcement sometime next year would be a huge help for WWE, and this is the easiest choice to headline the Hall of Fame class of 2021.
