#2 Bayley's WWE career has gone from strength to strength in the past year
Arguably outperforming Sasha Banks on the whole in the past year, Bayley has had a major upturn in star power and momentum during the 'Pandemic Era' in WWE. Her heel run began to click following WrestleMania 36, with the help of her former best friend.
Bayley held the SmackDown Women's Championship for over a year, before dropping it to Banks in an incredible Hell in a Cell match. She has remained relevant since then, focusing on her character more than anything. The Role Model is one of the most entertaining parts of SmackDown.
Is this man the funniest man in wrestling?
She has always been a top-tier in-ring worker, remaining a consistent figure on the blue brand. But the past year has turned Bayley into a huge star, with an incredible list of accolades. She was the first female Grand Slam Champion, having won the RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and Tag Team Titles in WWE.
Bayley is one of the most popular names on the roster, thanks largely to her time on NXT. She has mastered the art of being both, a babyface and a heel in WWE. That is the mark of a stellar performer. Bayley, like Sasha Banks, has already led a career worthy of the Hall of Fame.
