#2 Goldberg

Bill Goldberg was the most dominant superstar in WCW in the late 1990s. He had a long undefeated streak from 1997 to 1998. It is worth noting that Goldberg is the only person to win the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, WWE's World Heavyweight Championship, and the WWE Universal Championship.
Goldberg is a three-time world champion who headlined multiple pay-per-views while still in WCW. He made his WWE debut on the night after Wrestlemania 19 to confront The Rock whom he defeated at Backlash that year. Also, he feuded with Brock Lesnar and faced him at Wrestlemania 20. He left the company thereafter and was absent for 12 years before making his return in October 2016 to fight with "The Beast" one more time.
During his most recent run, he defeated Kevin Owens at Fastlane to win the Universal championship. He dropped the title to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 33 in a match that pundits claimed was better than their previous encounter.
