#4 The British Bulldog
Davey Boy Smith or better known as 'The British Bulldog' was a wrestler that worked in the WWE(then WWF) as a tag team and also singles competitor during the 1980s and '90s.
He along with his tag team partner won the tag team titles, and the Intercontinental Championship from Bret Hart in Wembley Stadium, England.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
After the performance in 1992, he returned to the company in 1994 after being released due to some shipments. This caused the company to create segments wherein he wasn't the featured wrestler despite being immensely talented.
His death is linked to substance abuse, so it is a difficult situation if the WWE would like to induct a wrestler with such a negative past. While his son is carrying his legacy, we may not see him in the class of 2019 as well, and that is really a difficult thing to say considering his accolades.
