WWE NXT (2016-2020)

After the Mae Young Classic, Belair went on an undefeated streak. She defeated challengers such as Lacey Evans, Candice LeRae, Aliyah, Dakota Kai, and Deonna Purrazzo. On January 26, 2019, at NXT TakeOver Phoenix, Belair earned an opportunity to face NXT Women's Champion, Shayna Baszler. Her undefeated streak was broken when she lost to the champion. She faced Bazler again at NXT TakeOver: New York and lost.

Belair had a series of matches with Mia Yim before earning another shot at the women's championship. On the debut episode of NXT on the USA network, Belair challenged Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women's Championship in a losing effort. Belair entered the War Games as part of Team Shayna and lost to Team Rhea. She was part of Team NXT, who defeated Team Raw and Team SmackDown at Survivor Series 2019.

SmackDown Women's Champion (2020–2021)

At Royal Rumble 2020, she entered at No.2 and eliminated 8 opponents. She made her main roster debut on RAW after WrestleMania 36, where she helped The Street Profits. At the 2020 Draft, she was drafted to SmackDown and started her rivalry with Bayley.

At Royal Rumble 2021, Belair entered at No.3 and won the rumble. She chose SmackDown Women's Champion at WrestleMania 37. Over the next few months, Sasha and Bianca were in a heated rivalry. On night 1 of WrestleMania 37, Belair defeated Sasha Banks to become the new SmackDown Women's Champion.

As the SmackDown Women's Champion, Belair successfully defended her title against Bayley and Carmella. She lost the title at SummerSlam to Becky Lynch. Her reign lasted for 133 days. At the 2021 Draft, they drafted Belair to RAW. She faced Becky on two occasions for the SmackDown and RAW Women's Championship, but she was unsuccessful. In 2022, she won the Elimination Chamber match. At WrestleMania 38, she defeated Becky Lynch to win the RAW Women's Championship.

At the 2022 SummerSlam, Belair defeated Becky Lynch in a classic match which was for the RAW Women's Championship. At the Clash at the Castle, Damage CTRL defeated Bianca, Alexa, and Asuka in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. At the Crown Jewel event, Bianca defeated Bayley in a Last Man Standing Match. At Survivor Series 2022, Team Bianca defeated Team Bayley in a War Games match after Becky Lynch scored the pin on Dakota Kai. She would then go on to defend her title against Alexa Bliss on RAW where the match ended in DQ, thus she retained her title. A rematch was booked at WWE Royal Rumble 2023 where Belair defeated Bliss to retain the gold.

The 2023 Women's Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley chose the SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair as her opponent for WrestleMania. Thus, a six-women Elimination Chamber match was held at the eponymous event where the winner would get a shot at Belair's RAW Women's Championship. Asuka won the match and challenged Belair for the title at WrestleMania. On the Night Two of WrestleMania Hollywood, Belair retained the title against Asuka. She would then go on to face Iyo Sky at Backlash to defend her title. At the event, Belair defeated Sky and became the longest-reigning RAW Women's Champion surpassing Becky Lynch's 398-day record. In the 2023 draft, Belair was drafted to SmackDown while still being the RAW Women's Champion while the SmackDown Women's Champion Rhea Ripley was drafted to the red brand.

Belair then defended her title against Asuka at Night of Champions 2023 where her title reign ended at 420 days. She then challenged the new champion Asuka for the title and got her rematch at SummerSlam 2023. However, the match also included Charlotte Flair as Asuka was set to defend her WWE Women's Championship in a triple-threat match. At the event, Bianca Belair defeated Asuka and Flair to regain her WWE Women's Championship. Her celebrations, however, were short-lived as Mrs. Money in the Bank Iyo Sky showed up with her briefcase. She cashed in her case and ended Belair's reign at 1 minute and 35 seconds, the shortest in the title's history.

This made Belair both the longest-reigning and the shortest-reigning champion in the title's history. Belair demanded a rematch against Sky for the title and got a rematch at Crown Jewel 2023, where she lost. Belair then teamed up with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Shotzi at WarGames against Damage CTRL.

This win made Belair the 9th WWE Women's Triple Crown Champion. The pair defended their titles against various challengers, ultimately losing them to The Unholy Union at Clash at the Castle. However, Belair and Cargill reclaimed the title at Bash in Berlin and held it at Crown Jewel.
