SmackDown Women’s Champion
Bianca Belair made her debut as a part of the RAW roster, but later, she was drafted to SmackDown in 2020. She entered the Royal Rumble of 2021 as contender number 3 and lasted almost 56 minutes until her win. As a result, Bianca challenged defending champion Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women's Title at WrestleMania 37, where she won her first-ever title. She successfully defended her title in two pay-per-view events (WrestleMania Backlash and Hell in a Cell). In the meantime, Becky Lynch made her return to WWE and challenged Bianca for her title. Bianca accepted that and lost her title in 26 seconds, which ended her reign of 133 days. She got another title shot at Crown Jewel against Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks in a triple-threat match but failed to regain the title.

RAW Women’s Champion

Bianca was drafted to RAW in the 2021 draft and got her first title shot at the RAW Women's title against Becky Lynch, but could not capitalize on that opportunity. She won the Elimination Chamber match in 2022 and again got an opportunity for the RAW Women's title against Becky. At WrestleMania 38, she beat Becky and bagged the title. Shen retained her title in several WWE pay-per-view events, such as Hell in a Cell, Money in the Bank, SummerSlam, Extreme Rules, Crown Jewel, Royal Rumble, WrestleMania 39, and Backlash against several opponents. She was again drafted to SmackDown in the draft of 2023 with her RAW Women's Title. After her win at Backlash, she surpassed Becky Lynch's reign of 398 days as champion and also the record for being the longest champion since Trish Stratus in 2006. WWE promoted her as the longest champion of the current era. Bianca lost her title to Asuka, and that ended her record-setting reign of 420 days as champion at Night of Champions 2023.
She won the title for a second time at SummerSlam 2023 when she beat Asuka and Charlotte Flair in a triple-threat match. While her first reign set the record for the longest title reign, her second was exactly the opposite. Belair's second reign came to a halt after just 1 minute and 35 seconds, after Iyo Sky cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase.
