She held the title for the longest time as Raw Women's Champion ever 420 days, while her second reign was the shortest just 1 minute and 35 seconds.

Belair, in a groundbreaking 2021, clinched the ESPY Award alongside Sasha Banks for their historic WrestleMania headline, marking the first Black women to do so. ESPN awarded Belair the Female Wrestler of the Year award in 2022, while the New York Post echoed the sentiment by naming her their Female Wrestler of the Year. Pro Wrestling Illustrated also followed suit, crowning her Woman of the Year. She was acknowledged by Sports Illustrated for listing her as the best female wrestler for the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble triumph. She was also honoured with a Bumpy Award for Best Half-Year Match for her match at Wrestlemania 37 against Sasha Banks.
