Carlito first appeared in the wrestling world at the World Wrestling Council (WWC) in the year 1999. He won titles like the WWC Caribbean Heavyweight Title, the WWC Puerto Rico Heavyweight Title, the WWC TV Title, the WWC Universal Heavyweight Title, and the WWC World Tag Team Title during his term with the promotion.

He was also inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame the following year.

Stacy was involved in various matches alongside her family members.
