Cody Garrett Runnels Rhodes is a well-known American professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE. Rhodes is a second-generation wrestler, as he is the son of Dusty Rhodes and is also the half-brother of Dustin Rhodes. Born in June 1985, he joined the WWE's developmental territory in 2006 and soon made his way up to the company's main roster.

Cody Rhodes rose to prominence during his first WWE tenure from 2006 to 2016. Rhodes additionally wrestled for TNA, NJPW, and ROH. Rhodes started his wrestling career with two Georgia state titles in amateur wrestling before joining WWE in 2006. He began in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where he accomplished Triple Crown Champion status. Rhodes turned into a two-time Intercontinental Titleholder and an eight-time World Tag Team Champion.

Rhodes wrestled independently and showed up in TNA as Cody. He contended on significant occasions like WrestleMania, Wrestle Kingdom in NJPW, and Final Battle in ROH.
