Drew McIntyre’s Current Finisher
“The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre presently employs a distinctive finishing move known as the Claymore. In a session with Stone Cold, McIntyre revealed that the Claymore was invented accidentally during a match. He was attempting a big boot, but because his leather pants were too tight, he had to lift his other leg to prevent them from tearing. A road agent told him after the match that it would be impressive if he could pull off the move safely. Since then, he has been using this move as his finishing maneuver.

The Future Shock DDT :
“The Future Shock DDT” is also dubbed as double underhook DDT. Drew McIntyre executes this move by bending his opponent forward and hooking each arm behind their back. He tucks the opponent's head under one of his arms, then falls backward to drive the opponent down. The move typically slams the opponent face first onto the mat, but sometimes McIntyre's technique causes the opponent to land on their head, similar to a standard DDT. This move was also named as “Dirty Deeds” and used by Jon Moxley a.k.a Dean Ambrose.
Glasgow Kiss :
The Glasgow Kiss is a type of head strike commonly known as a headbutt. Drew McIntyre executes the Glasgow Kiss with precision, targeting his opponent’s head with various angles like forward, rising, sideways, or backward. He aims for the head’s sensitive areas, such as the bridge of the nose or the forehead, ensuring maximum impact while avoiding mutual damage.
Celtic Cross :
The Celtic Cross, also known as the Kryptonite Krunch, is an over the shoulder back to belly piledriver. Drew McIntyre starts the Celtic Cross by lifting his opponent onto his shoulder with the opponent's head hanging over his back. He secures the opponent with a headlock and holds one leg, then drops to a seated position, slamming the opponent's whole body into the mat.
The Alabama Slam :
The Alabama slam is another name for the inverted double leg slam. Drew McIntyre often executes this powerful move that begins with his opponent seated on the top turnbuckle. He then positions the opponent's legs over his shoulders and bends over, using his strength to flip the opponent over his head and slam the opponent’s face first onto the mat.
