At Bad Blood, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes are set to team with each other to face The Bloodline, while CM Punk is facing Drew McIntyre inside the Hell in a Cell structure. However, the way WWE is reportedly going about things, fans won't be getting quite what's expected.
The Hell in a Cell is recognized as the ultimate way to end the biggest feuds in the show. Usually, these are the main attractions, and it's safe to say that since WrestleMania, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have delivered exactly that. The match between the two being inside Hell in a Cell meant that fans assumed that it would naturally be the main event for Bad Blood.
However, according to reports, that's not the case. As per reports from Sean Ross Sapp, the Hell in a Cell match was implied as the opener for Bad Blood.

The report was further confirmed by PW Insider, who reported that the plans for the show had been locked in. The tag team match with Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns teaming up is the main event for the night. Meanwhile, the current plan is for the Hell in a Cell match - a bout that's known for the brutality that usually accompanies it - to be the opener for the night.
A Hell in a Cell match being the opener while a tag match is the main event is a decision by WWE that has shocked fans, but it remains to be seen if the order is changed by the time the event comes along.
Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes main eventing Bad Blood over Drew McIntyre and CM Punk could be a hint
As of now, there's no official word on if there will be any big returns at Bad Blood. Pat McAfee hinted at "the big guy" returning this week when talking to Cody Rhodes, but nothing was confirmed.
Whether this means that the Rock may be gearing up for a return to proceedings or not, remains to be seen. Should he return, it would make sense for the match to be the main event as well, given that this would indicate further storylines planned for him with Cody Rhodes or Roman Reigns, or even both stars.
The coming weekend will clue the fans in as to what WWE's plans really are.
