Tiffany Stratton did the unthinkable as she finally cashed in her Money in the Bank contract to become the new WWE Women's Champion on SmackDown. Following last night's show, former Divas Champion Natalya sent a heartfelt message to the young star, congratulating the 25-year-old on capturing the world title.
During the January 3, 2025, edition of SmackDown, Nia Jax successfully defended her WWE Women's Title against Naomi. However, The Buff Barbie had a cunning plan. She deceived Candice LeRae and The Irresistible Force after celebrating the reigning Queen's victory in the ring.
Seizing the opportunity, Stratton struck Nia with the Money in the Bank briefcase and sent The Poison Pixie crashing into one of the ring posts. Bianca Belair nailed a KOD on Jax before Stratton swiftly cashed in her contract. The 25-year-old female star pinned her former ally to claim the WWE Women's Championship.
Taking to X (Twitter), Natalya shared a backstage photo with Tiffany Stratton and congratulated the latter on creating a massive moment in the first episode of SmackDown in 2025.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE

Former WWE writer comments on Tiffany Stratton's championship win
Among numerous veterans and critics, Vince Russo commented on The Center of The Universe capturing the WWE Women's Title. The former writer discussed this in an episode of the BroDown podcast on Backstage Pass.
Vince Russo praised Tiffany Stratton's successful cash-in of her Money in the Bank contract. The veteran acknowledged the 25-year-old star's personality and "IT factor," and commended the creative execution of the moment.
"I'm glad they finally did it. I'm glad they put the belt on her. I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton. I do like her. She's got personality. She's got the IT factor. The way they did this was good. Yeah, we said we like the package with the Motor City Machine Guns. Oh, but this was definitely the highlight of the night for me," Russo said.
The Buff Barbie's championship win has undoubtedly transformed her into a babyface. She was previously portrayed as Nia Jax's sidekick and was constantly belittled by the Australian.
Fans will have to wait and see if The Annihilator demands a title shot from Tiffany Stratton, as their alliance appears to have ended for good.
