Tiffany Stratton WWE Career

Debut and NXT (2021 - 2023)

On August 30, 2021, WWE announced a new group of recruits that would be joining the Performance Center as a part of the roster’s future. Only one female was a member of this group and it was Jessica Woynilko. Within four months of being hired by the company, she made her debut on the erstwhile 205 Live under her current ring name Tiffany Stratton. In her debut match, she defeated Amari Miller.

She made her debut on WWE NXT on December 28, 2021. Her gimmick was that of a spoiled rich girl. On her debut, she defeated Fallon Henley. Stratton would then go on to feud against Sarray. In the next few weeks, both wrestlers would end up costing each other matches eventually leading to a match between them on the April 19, 2022 episode of NXT. Stratton won the match, ending the feud. The next month, she became a part of the NXT Breakout Tournament, where she replaced Nikkita Lyons, who suffered an injury after defeating Fallon Henley in the semi-finals. This meant that Stratton qualified directly to the tournament finals. However, she lost to Roxanne Perez in the final.

She then feuded with Wendy Choo but lost to her at the Great American Bash in a Lights Out match. She suffered a head injury in October 2022 and went on a hiatus to heal herself. She made her return in January 2023 at New Year's Evil and cut a promo. She defeated Indi Hartwell in her return match and then defeated her once again a few weeks later to qualify for the Ladder match for the NXT Women's Championship at Stand & Deliver. She, however, failed to capture the title. In May 2023, she took part in the Eight-Woman Tournament for the vacant NXT Women's Championship. She defeated Gigi Dolan in the Quarter-Finals, Roxanne Perez in the Semi-Final and Lyra Valkyria in the tournament final to become the new NXT Women's Champion.

Stratton defended the gold against Thea Hail at NXT in June 2023. She submitted to Hail but the referee could not see it as he was distracted by Drew Gulak. She turned the tide later to win the match. However, due to the circumstances surrounding the victory, she had to face Hail again at Great American Bash in June 2023. Here, she forced Chase University's Andre Chase to throw in the towel after Hail passed out to her arm lock. Her reign would come to an end at the hand of WWE Legend Becky Lynch on the September 12 episode of NXT.

On the November 7, 2023, episode of NXT, she defeated Fallon Henley to qualify for the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge Match at NXT Deadline. The match also included Lash Legend, Blair Davenport, Kelani Jordan and Henley as well. At NXT: New Year's Evil on January 2, 2024, Tiffany Stratton faced Fallon Henley in a "ranch hand for a day" match but lost, requiring her to work on Henley's ranch the following week. This marked Stratton's final NXT appearance. On January 27 at the Royal Rumble, she entered the women’s Royal Rumble match at number 29 as one of two NXT representatives. Stratton eliminated Roxanne Perez before being eliminated alongside Bianca Belair by eventual winner Bayley.

Main Roster and Women's Champion (2024 - Present)

On February 2, Stratton officially joined the SmackDown roster. She defeated Zelina Vega on February 16 to qualify for the women’s Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber: Perth. At the event on February 24, Stratton received strong support from the Australian crowd, eliminating Naomi before being eliminated by Liv Morgan, which drew boos from the audience. Fans also chanted her "Tiffy Time" catchphrase during the men’s chamber match. She competed for the WWE Women’s Championship in a triple threat match at Backlash France but was unsuccessful.

Stratton then formed an alliance with Queen of the Ring winner and WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax. On July 6, Stratton won the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. At Survivor Series WarGames on November 30, she participated in her first WarGames match, teaming with Jax, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Candice LeRae in a losing effort against Naomi, Bayley, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and Iyo Sky. On January 3, 2025, during an episode of SmackDown, Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax after assisting Jax in her title defense against Naomi. She then betrayed Jax and LeRae, winning the WWE Women’s Championship.
