The Usos were among the original members of The Bloodline. In 2023, the multi-time tag team champions quit the faction after Jimmy Uso's betrayal. This led to a Bloodline civil war between the twins and Reigns & Sikoa.
Eventually, Jimmy Uso betrayed his brother Jey Uso, leading to the latter's exit from SmackDown and the former's return to The Bloodline. It remains to be seen whether Jey reunites with The OG Bloodline.
