Amid Reigns and Jimmy's absence, Sikoa added Jacob Fatu, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga to The Bloodline. Solo also kicked Paul Heyman out of the faction due to the latter refusing to acknowledge the former as his Tribal Chief.
During Jimmy and Jey's time in The Bloodline, they held the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship for over a year. At WrestleMania 39, The Usos lost the titles to Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens before going in separate directions.
Jimmy's betrayal of Jey at the SummerSlam 2023 Premium Live Event saw the latter switch to Monday Night RAW and the former return to The Bloodline.
