Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa interfered during the match's final moments before they were taken out by the returning Jimmy. This allowed Reigns to secure the victory for his team, as he proceeded to hug his cousin and celebrate a massive win.
Post-match, The Bloodline continued its assault on Rhodes while Reigns and Jimmy exited the arena. However, the OG Bloodline members returned to save The American Nightmare, forcing the new Bloodline to retreat. Moments later, The Rock's music hit the arena, as he had a staredown with Reigns, Jimmy, and Rhodes, who stood tall in the ring.

In 2023, Jimmy Uso quit The Bloodline before once again returning to the faction. Despite Jey's exit from the group, Jimmy remained loyal to Reigns. It now remains to be seen if WWE plans to reunite the OG Bloodline by bringing Jey back into the mix.
