Bad Blood was full of shocks and surprises, but arguably the biggest was the fact that no championships changed hands. Rhea Ripley was widely expected to regain the Women's World Title, but Raquel Rodriguez had other plans.

Rodriguez then hit the Chingona Bomb on Ripley and dragged Morgan for the cover, despite the match already being over. This begs the question of whether Rodriguez realized that the bell had rung or if the official made the decision prematurely.
The rules of a Shark Cage match are somewhat varied, and it's unclear whether it was a No Disqualification bout since Rhea Ripley was outside of the ring for a long time and the official didn't count her out.
The climax has led many to wonder whether Morgan was supposed to pin Rhea Ripley to finally end their feud. Did Rodriguez get the sequence wrong and not realize that the bell had already rung and Morgan had lost, but the disqualification meant that she retained her title?
