Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia's first match together in WWE ends in shock

This week’s episode of WWE NXT saw Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia join forces for their first official tag team match together. The newly signed duo had previously announced an alliance where they teamed up despite being foes during their time in Japan. Moreover, in a shocking turn of events, they were helped by Kelani Jordan to pick up their first win as a team tonight.

Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia faced off against The Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne. The main event match saw Jazmyne Nyx lurking at ringside and trying to get the advantage for her faction. While The Beautiful Madness and La Primera easily held their own, Nyx’s constant engagement shook them off-balance multiple times.

However, things took a turn when the NXT Women’s North American Champion showed up and took out Jazmyn Nyx. Once the outside interference was gone, Giulia and The Dark Angel kicked things up a notch and ended the match on a high note. While Stephanie Vaquer secured a pinfall against Jayne for the win, The Beautiful Madness also had Henley neutralized in a submission hold so that she couldn't break the count.

While this was a wrap for La Primera and Giulia, Kelani Jordan was still in for a surprise. After the loss, after The Fatal Influence spun the wheel to get the Spinner’s Choice match at Halloween Havoc against the champion, the lights went out. However, this darkness was quickly filled by the entrance theme video and the arrival of Zaria to NXT before the episode went off the air.

With another new great signing, it would be interesting to see what’s next for Kelani Jordan, Stephanie Vaquer, and Giulia.
