The Rock made a surprise appearance at the end of WWE Bad Blood to seemingly send a message to Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso. Although he did not speak, The Final Boss made a gesture to the three superstars that left the WWE Universe confused.

The Original Tribal Chief and The American Nightmare defeated Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu last night in the main event of Bad Blood. As The Bloodline ganged up on Rhodes after the match, Reigns and Jimmy interfered to save the Undisputed WWE Champion. Rhodes and The Original Tribal Chief then had a staredown as the latter handed The American Nightmare his title. However, their face-off was interrupted by The Rock's return. The Final Boss walked out to the stage, counted to three on his hand, and then made a cut-throat gesture before leaving.

On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts explained what he believes The Rock's gesture meant:

"I said to you immediately, I went oh my God, Megan, how many people are in the ring? And, Megan, tell me how many people were in the ring? Three. I said, Megan, The Rock is sending a message to all three of them. I think, that's how I perceived it, that The Rock was letting Jimmy, Roman, and Cody all know that they've just entered into the sights of The Final Boss," he said. [16:05 - 16:34]

WWE CCO Triple H commented on The Rock's return

The Rock has been absent from WWE TV since RAW after WrestleMania when he confronted Cody Rhodes on the red brand. At the Bad Blood press conference, Chief Content Officer Triple H commented on The Final Boss' comeback at the premium live event.

The Game dubbed the 52-year-old legend's return "amazing," stating that he was thankful to The Final Boss for taking the time to show up despite his busy schedule:

"I thought it's amazing the return of Jimmy Uso, and then The Rock showing up. You have to be the biggest superstar in the world to be able to hit your music, walk out, blow the roof off the place, and I am out. It's epic. I'm thankful to him with everything he has got going on in his career and his life. He has never looked away from what brought him to the dance and what his roots are. It's in his DNA, it is in his blood, it is who he is. Anytime we are at a place where he can take that 30 seconds from his incredible schedule to come back and feel that electricity that you can only get in WWE, he does it. I am thrilled for it and thankful for him," he said.

It would be interesting to see when The Rock will show up again in the Stamford-based company and what would be his next move.
