Triple H was out before the co-main event of Bad Blood 2024 to make a historic announcement regarding Crown Jewel. After the announcement was made, he was confronted by a top champion.
The Game announced that there will be two Champion vs. Champion matches at WWE Crown Jewel 2024 in a month in Saudi Arabia, both for the men and the women. Assuming Gunther retains his World Heavyweight Championship, he could face Cody Rhodes.
Gunther confronted Triple H when he came out, but it wasn't The Game who he targeted, but Goldberg, who was seated at ringside.

The Ring General would go on to retract his statement that Goldberg was his childhood hero—a comment he made in Canada and directed toward Bret Hart, the man Goldberg injured to the point of retirement.
The Game didn't have too much to do, but once Goldberg made his jump across the barricade upon provocation, all he could do was call security to stop any possible confrontation between Gunther and Goldberg. For all we know, it could have been a teaser for a potential retirement match.
One thing for sure is that fans will never see Triple H have any such confrontation or tease of a match.
