WWE will continue the road to Bad Blood with tonight's SmackDown airing live from Oklahoma City. Officials have booked another loaded lineup for the blue brand this week, and the action will kick off in less than two hours. Triple H has now issued comments on the PLE following an announcement.
Bad Blood will mark the 27th anniversary of the inaugural event of the same name, which was headlined by the first-ever Hell in a Cell Match. To further commemorate the historic event, the October 5 PLE will feature CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre inside the daunting cell structure. Officials have booked four other matches for Bad Blood, although, a sixth bout is heavily rumored.
Cody Rhodes is set to team with rival, Roman Reigns, to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in the city he calls home on October 5. The Undisputed WWE Champion linked up with music label producer, Metro Boomin, for a unique Bad Blood vignette earlier this year to announce the event, while also teasing major surprises for the big event at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
Metro Boomin and rapper, Future, released their first collaborative album, 'We Don't Trust You' in March, earlier this year. WWE chose their track, 'GTA' as the official theme for Bad Blood. Triple H pushed the PLE and song on X (fka Twitter) today.

The Chief Content Officer included themed artwork and teased a potential second song that could be announced soon.
"We’re heading to Atlanta next Saturday… and this is what’ll be playing the whole way there. 'GTA' by @MetroBoomin and @1future is an official theme song of #WWEBadBlood," Triple H wrote.

The American Nightmare is set to have the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Marching Band perform his theme on the way to the ring at Bad Blood.
It remains to be seen if Cody will be joined by fellow Atlantans, Future and Metro Boomin for a live appearance, but they are both expected to be in attendance.
