Beth Phoenix has posted pictures of herself on Instagram. The star looks extremely shredded in the pictures.

Before she became a WWE Hall of Famer, Beth Phoenix had a career worthy of it. As part of the company at a time before the Women's Revolution, when women's wrestling was not always portrayed seriously, she was one of the dominant figures who maintained a certain standard. Not only did she bring an edge to her in-ring work, she also won titles.

Along with Natalya, she was one of the most dominant stars of her time. She went on to marry another Hall of Famer, Edge. The two have two daughters together. She left the company in 2012, although she was still a commentator for two years in 2017, and has had several part-time appearances since then.

The star is hardly recognizable as the former Divas Champion. She looks even fitter than she did during her dominant run in WWE as champion. The photos can be seen below. She also said that she had learned through her experience to never look back.

"If there’s one thing I’ve learned…it’s to not look back. I’m not going that way. #yogi #fitmom #newgoals #iloveplants"

Beth Phoenix is mostly focused on her family and fitness now

Beth Phoenix appears to be done with wrestling for the time being and has focused on her fitness and her family.

She recently sent out a loving post for her daughter Ruby on her Instagram.

"You were born in the wee hours of a Tuesday. Your skin was red like a raging fire from your deep belly cries in your first few breaths. And when they placed you on my chest, your tiny hands gripped my skin in tight folds. I felt your power then. I feel your power now. You’re a game changer. And while I am so excited to celebrate another year’s passing, I grieve those quiet brief moments when the world was just you and me and no timepiece to be seen. But then again…you were never meant to be just mine. You were meant for much bigger things. And I am so grateful I get a front row seat. Happy Birthday my sweet Ru."

It remains to be seen if the star returns to the ring again.
