Roman Reigns is set to make his premium live event return at Bad Blood 2024 - where he'll team up with Cody Rhodes to face his own family. With the "Family business" theme in mind, WWE legend Bully Ray thinks Reigns could pull off one major move.
It's been an interesting process to see Cody Rhodes get dragged back into The Bloodline drama. After his second victory over Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage match on the season premiere episode of SmackDown on USA Network, Roman Reigns once again made his return. While Cody made it clear that he was 100% done with The Bloodline, Reigns' return seemed to spark a bit of insecurity in him - forcing his hand to sign the Bad Blood contract that stated that he would need to team with his rival to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
On Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray spoke about the "can they coexist?" trope that has been done before and stated that with Roman and Cody, it makes a lot of sense. He pitched the idea of Roman simply not tagging in The American Nightmare until Cody forces his hand - adding a psychological angle to the match.
"I would like to see them go with a completely different psychology to this match. ... Imagine if Roman started the match and never, ever tagged out to Cody because it is Bloodline business. Remember Roman said in the promo — This is family business. This is Bloodline business," Bully mused. "But what if Roman never tagged out, until he absolutely positively needed to tag out, or Cody tagged himself in." (H/T WrestlingInc)

A very interesting update on Roman Reigns' status for the upcoming 2024 PLEs
Fans are going to be very happy with the latest report about the OTC and his WWE appearances for the remainder of 2024.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Roman Reigns is set to work the remaining Premium Live Events of 2024, which are Bad Blood (which he is already booked for), Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, and Survivor Series: WarGames.
"Roman is probably working the Saudi Arabia show. They got him working Atlanta and he’s definitely working the Survivor Series show, they got him advertised for that, " he said.
Reigns' photo has also been used in the blockbuster Saturday Night's Main Event announcement by WWE which will serve as a special but not a Premium Live Event.
