#3 The Rock

The Rock is arguably the biggest star in wrestling history, as he's gone on to become the biggest name in Hollywood, but he's never forgotten his roots and how he came to that success. During his time with the WWE, he was on top the mountain 7-times, and was the best promo guy to ever step foot inside the squared circle, making him must-see TV.
The Great One has made several comebacks since retirement and he looks as good as ever, but time has seemingly passed him by as an in-ring performer, so 2020 makes complete sense for him to enter the Hall.

His greatest rival, Stone Cold Steve Austin, went in years ago (due to injury preventing him from ever making the returns that Rocky has), and it's about time The Rock does as well because he deserves the Hall Of Fame just as much as anyone in WWE history.
