Roman Reigns had an older brother who was also a professional wrestler. His name was Matthew Anoa'i and he was better known by his ring name, Rosey. Matthew was born on April 7, 1970, and was a part of WWE in the mid-2000s. He was known for being one-half of the tag team "3-Minute Warning" along with his cousin, Jamal (also known as Umaga). He additionally teamed up with The Hurricane as the "Super Hero in Training" (S.H.I.T.) and won the World Tag Team Title.

Former WWE wrestler Rosey, also known by his birth name Matthew Tapunu'u Anoaʻi was the brother of Roman Reigns and the elder child of Sika Anoaʻi (WWE Hall Of Famer).

Rosey trained in the Wild Samoan Training Facility under his uncle Afa Anoaʻi. He made a tag team and showed up as the Samoan Gangsta Party with Samu and performed for Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). Rosey worked for a few global independent advancements such as Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling, and World Wrestling Council, and won many tag team tiles.
